OK this is  a tough post to write and it was an even harder revelation to have. Have you ever wondered why you get what you have?

controlling your dominant thought Well you may or may not know, but I am a christian and I love God and what His Son Jesus did for me (and you, but that is for another time) and for a long time now I have been thinking about why certain things had happened in my life.

You know the type of things I am talking about, family getting unwell, areas within my business not doing what I want them to do etc etc etc…

Then one day I read the scripture in the bible that says: “God wants to give us the desires of our heart”.

As a christian I have always thought that that scripture was talking about the “good desires” of my heart…but know it means THE desires that are in there.

It is quite difficult to explain totally what I mean in a short blog post, but I will give you my best.

I want you to really think about what it is that is on your mind all the time. Are you concerned about your health, your business or your life and do you have a lot of “What if this happens and what if that happens…” you know those “what if…” statements.

You see, those thoughts and statements, the “what if” ones, if you are not careful, start to become your dominating thought and if that is your dominating thought, guess what you become attracted to!

That’s right…the “what if” so instead of making decisions that will grow you and your future, you make decisions that stop your growth from happening. You also attract the one thing you were afraid would happen.

I know this is true because it happened to me and since then I have seen it happen to people I know all over the world.

It is like Job (a guy in the bible) said: “My greatest fear has come upon me…” the thing that he was afraid of he attracted into his life.

So here is  my warning!
Get control of your thoughts, because if you don’t, they WILL get control of you. They are powerful and unless you turn your thought pattern around, your thoughts will start to become your actions and your dominating thought, will direct your way…

But there is good news!
If you learn to control your thoughts and change those negative thoughts to good ones, then your good thoughts, you know the ones that allow you to dream…will start to direct your path and help manifest into your life the good future that God had always had planned for you.

So what do you do?
1. Do a dream board
2. Read positive books (the bible is a great place to start – the new testament)
3. Listen to positive empowering CDs
4. Be careful who you are hanging around (you may need to change your circle of friends)
5. Get started in a network marketing business and team that is all about support.

When you do these things, you will find that your dominant thought will change, it has to and so will your results and outcomes.

Thank you James for reminding me of that which I already knew – and try to adhere to – but had drifted off course.

Yeah I can totally understand Les. There is so much we learn in life, that we forget and we all need someone to remind us. I bet you could teach us all some pretty amazing stuff 🙂

Greg thank you mate. I remember the first time we met the amazing experience we had helping all those people. I really hope we can work together again in the future and do it in an even more powerful way.
