Simon Sinek just tapped the network marketers code…

For years top leaders have been telling their teams that skill is secondary when it comes to success in the home based business industry. Simeon Sinek could have just proven it.

Sure skill is important, but there is something even more powerful.

What is it?

Simon Sinek reveals it in his video below. As I was watching it, I couldn’t help but think this has to be one of the most powerful messages any business owner and network marketing professional could hear.

Simon reveals that it is your “Why” that is more important than your skill or your product.

People buy “Why” you do something not what you do…

He reveals that “it is the goal of business to do business with people who believe what you believe not people who are looking for the product you have.”

This would be closely linked to “Cause Related Marketing”, people will follow a cause.

Ask yourself these things:

  • Do you truly know why you are doing what you are doing?
  • Is it a Cause to you?
  • Are you sharing it with passion?

Simple questions that will deliver powerful results.

      Hi James

That is powerful. Probably the reason why I fail so often.

      Hey Barry
the best place to learn is from our failures. The key is learning from them and continuing forward 🙂
