Learn How To Help Someone Earn 6 Figures.

Well today I am going to give you a little heads up and quite possibly a major wake up call.
You may not want to read what I am about to tell you in this post about creating 6 figure income earners and I know what I am talking about, in our team over the last we have helped 12 people reach this amazing milestone…but there is a major shock I am going to give you through out this post.
First yes, it is all of our dreams to create 6 figure income earners…we all know that when we have people in our team earning that kind of money, then our business should be quite secure and our own incomes even better.
This is true true from my own experience…
The problem comes with the thought that YOU can create a 6 figure income earner or even make someone become one.
Don’t fall for the trap or anyone telling you that they can make sure you this type of leader…because anyone earning that kind of money is already one.
What I have learnt over the last few years is that I personally do not make anyone anything. If I or you believed that, you would have to take responsibility for everyone in your team who failed as well, and let me tell you, even though it is painful to say, more people are happier to fail than they are to succeed. Don’t ask me why, they just are.
I have even seen 6 figure income earners quit…work that one out!
People will be people and nothing that you and I do will ever change that. If someone wants to succeed, then they will, I say this because the person who truly wants to succeed and it they are prepared to make the changes needed to succeed they will learn the skills and ignore the excuses.
Sure, we can make it easier for people by giving them a blueprint to follow but ultimately it is up to them.
I know this is a little hard hitting today, but I feel like I needed to get this out in the open. Too many “try hard” leaders are saying…”join my team and I make you succeed”. What a load of rot. What we really should be saying is..”Join my team if you have what it takes to succeed. I have a system and a blueprint to follow. You follow it, you give yourself the best chance of success.”
The people we have helped along the way are leaders in their own right, men and woman who took the baton in their hand and said I will do whatever I need to do. The great thing about this is they can also say that they were the ones who put in the effort to build their businesses…sure I helped and they helped their teams, but ultimately it was the individual who did most of the work.
There are some things you can do to make it easier for your team though:
1. Be the cheerleader not the coach. Be the person who is cheering them on the side line not the one barking in their ear.
2. Have a proven network marketing system to follow and don’t change it every single day.
3. Lead the way by leading by example. Recruit, Recruit & Recruit some more.
